Sessions and Fees

Each session lasts for 50 minutes and session fee is £135*

On average, treatment may involve 10-12 sessions. However, some individuals may achieve their goals in fewer sessions, while others may need additional appointments to fully address their concerns.

If you are member of BUPA, Allianz, AXA, Vitality, Cigna, Aviva or WPA , you can contact them to request a pre-authorisation to start therapy with me.

The number of sessions pre-authorised by a PMI depends on your policy. Please always check with them first, before starting any treatment with me.

If you want to book an appointment with me or have specific questions about pricing or treatment plans, please reach out for more details.

My Fees Explained

Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing — a space to gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change. It also represents a professional commitment of time, expertise, and care.
My goal is to be transparent about what your fee includes and the value it represents.

Behind the Session

While each therapy session lasts 50 minutes, the process extends far beyond the time spent together. Your fee covers the full scope of professional work that makes each appointment effective and sustainable, including:

  • Preparation and review before and after sessions to ensure focus and continuity.

  • Reflective and strategic planning tailored to your therapeutic goals.

  • Clinical record-keeping, communication, and scheduling.

  • Ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to maintain the highest standards of care.

  • Professional registration, insurance, and compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.

  • Secure digital infrastructure for online sessions and the costs of maintaining a professional workspace, even when working remotely.

  • Other ongoing and unseen practice expenses — from technology and secure storage systems to continued education and ethical oversight.

  • The realities of independent practice, which includes no paid holidays, sick leave, or institutional support.

With over 20 years of experience as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I specialise in Brief Strategic Therapy (BST).
I am currently the only therapist in the UK officially recognised by the Centro di Terapia Strategica (CTS) in Italy, a leading international centre for research and training in strategic and brief psychotherapy.

My fees reflect this expertise, as well as the preparation, care, and professional responsibility involved in offering a consistent and effective therapeutic service.
