1. About Us

Strategic Minds Online Brief Therapy is an online therapy service run by a qualified clinical psychologist, offering brief strategic therapy. Services are provided in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

2. Use of the Website

  • This Site is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

  • The content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or psychological advice.

  • Using this Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship unless agreed upon through appropriate intake procedures.

 3. Online Therapy Services

  • All therapy services are provided in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable laws.

  • Services are only available to clients residing in jurisdictions where the clinician is legally authorised to practise.

  • Emergency or crisis services are not provided via this Site. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

 4. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Sessions are by appointment only.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee.

  • Detailed cancellation and fee policies are provided at the time of booking and in the client's therapeutic contract.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Payment for sessions must be made in advance or at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are clearly stated during the booking process and in the client's therapeutic contract.

  • Strategic Minds reserves the right to change fees with reasonable notice.

 6. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

  • Information shared in therapy is confidential except in situations where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, safeguarding concerns, or legal obligations).

 7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, blog posts) is the property of Strategic Minds unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

 8. External Links

  • This Site may include links to third-party websites for convenience or additional resources. Strategic Minds is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

 9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. Strategic Minds does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
